ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
Dated 11 February 2005, the French law n° 2005-102 mandating equality of rights and opportunities, as well as participation and citizenship for disabled persons, posits accessibility (usability) as a requirement for all on-line public communication services of the State, the territorial communities and the public establishments tributary to the former. As a health service, the Aliénor endowment fund must statutorily be in conformity with the RGAA (general accessibility reference for administrations).
